I am so delighted to tell you about the new podcast that is coming really soon.

Each Tuesday I will share ways to easily move into mindfulness so you can feel calm, settled, and above all, have the ability to enjoy the present moment so you don’t miss all of those precious moments in your life.
Having worked mostly with overthinkers and busy-minded people I have found Mindfulness is the BEST way to calm the mind down. It’s natural and it works.
Now, I know when some of you think about practicing Mindfulness, you feel that it is “too hard” or you “don’t know if you’re doing it right” or the comment I get most often… “I like thinking way too much to be mindful.”
Don’t you worry, I have solutions for all of those concerns.
